Image Comics Reveals Line-Wide Witchblade Team-Up Variant Covers for September

Image Comics and Top Cow Productions are celebrating the upcoming milestone release of Witchblade (2024) #25 with a line-wide wave of Witchblade Team-Up variant covers arriving throughout September.

Witchblade Takes Over Image Comics This September

The line-wide Witchblade Team-Up covers are timed around the September premiere of Witchblade (2024) #25, a major milestone issue for the current run by Marguerite Bennett and Giuseppe Cafaro.

The current series reimagines the origin of New York City Police Detective Sara Pezzini, whose life is shattered by her father’s murder. Driven by revenge, Sara is pulled into a criminal cabal beneath the city and transformed by an ancient force that is powerful, violent, and impossible to fully control.

That modern setup has made the new Witchblade #25 release a major moment for Top Cow, especially as the character’s legacy stretches back to the original 1990s Image era.
